Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving the item.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and with original packaging.
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Before returning any item, please email us at admin@cenzoni.com.au. Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days.
Refunds may be issued to the original payment method or as store credit.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
