Delivery & Returns

Delivery:

At Cenzoni Fashions we use Australia Post / FedEx / DHL to deliver all the parcels around Australia. The Delivery time is between 3 to 5 working days. In New Zealand we use multiple courier companies and the delivery time is between 5 to 30 working days. The Consignment Reference Number will be emailed to the customer after they have made their purchase. With this reference number they can track the parcel.

Return:

Any stock that is damaged or is believed to be different from the samples shown at the time of order should be returned within 7-days of receiving the goods to our Head office postal address (PO Box 48, Moorebank NSW 1875).

They need to be sent back with the packaging and tags. Please do not put sticky tape on any leather products. The products need to be sent with Australia Post – registered. If any parcel goes missing in the post, Cenzoni Fashions is NOT liable for that, thus please ensure it is registered.  WE DO NOT CREDIT WHAT WE DON’T RECEIVE.

Cenzoni Fashions will credit back the freight to the customer only if its sent back with the reply paid address and if the products are faulty/or different from what was ordered when they are sent back with-in the time frame of 7 days.

Cenzoni Fashions will only provide their Reply Paid Address to the customer if the products are faulty/or different from what was ordered when they are sent back with-in the time frame of 7 days. Please email to admin@cenzoni.com.au and get confirmation and reply paid address to send the faulty / different product back.

Refund:

Cenzoni Fashions does not give refund for any items received back but the customer will get a credit note which will be adjusted with their next invoice.**This does not apply to sale items.

SALE and Discounted Products: Handbags/ Belts and accessories do not carry any warranty/guarantee. At the time of receiving products, please note any issues and report with-in 7 Days to our warehouse to get credit or replacement. Sale items are not refundable/exchangeable after 7 days.

Warranty:

Seira Branded: Budget Cow Hide/Sheep Skin Products:

Any Seira Branded: Budget Cow Hide/Sheep Skin item has a 1 months’ warranty on leather and 7 Days warranty on the zips, stitching & lining. If there are any marks or problems with these items, please send back within 7 days of receiving them.

Cenzoni Cow Hide Products:

Any cow hide bags have a guarantee of 12 months for the leather. Any stitching, zip or accessories have a warranty of 3 months only and will be repaired if the customer has used it. New replacements will only be given if the bag is irreparable or not used. Cow hide wallets and small accessories have only 3-month warranty. New replacements will only be given if the wallet/ small accessory is irreparable or not used.

Seira/ Cenzoni Footwear is not exchangeable/ refundable unless a manufacturing defect is present. Once the shoe is sold, it will not be replaced/ credit or refunded. If the shoe is purchased on Sale or Discount there is no manufacturer’s warranty.

Please ensure the customer keep the proof of purchase, that will be required if the bag needs to be repaired / exchanged. All Sale items have no warranty. The Sale stock can not be returned for any refund, exchange or store credit. Please inform us via email (admin@cenzoni.com.au) of any faulty goods immediately so we can make appropriate arrangements.

A.U.D (Australian Dollars Currency) (Australian Customers):

All the Prices are displayed in Australian Dollars. All the transaction will be processed in Australian Dollars and / or are subject to conversion to Australian Dollars Currency.

N.Z.D (New Zealand Dollars Currency) (New Zealand Customers):

All the Prices are displayed in Australian Dollars. All the transaction will be processed in Australian Dollars and / or are subject to conversion to Australian Dollars Currency.

 

DHR Global Pty Ltd has the legal rights to collect any unpaid stock from the retailer in case the retailer goes under bankruptcy or liquidation.
